Deployments
Deployments are the actions players take to commit their tokens into battle. They decide whether your chain expands, defends, or bleeds.
⚡ Key Points
⚙️ How It Works
Players choose how many tokens to deploy and to which Hub. They may choose to deploy all their tokens into 1 Hub, or distribute their attack/defence power to multiple different Hubs, as per their strategy
Attack/Defence power of the deployment is calculated dynamically at the time of deployment and recorded onchain via SOCKET protocol. This can not be changed in the current epoch, and nothing affects the already deployed Attack/Defence power
The deployed tokens are locked for 1 epoch (1 day) and cannot be traded until battles resolve.
All deployed tokens are unlocked at the end of the epoch.
🗡️ Attack
Send tokens to an enemy-controlled Hub.
If attackers overpower defenders, the Hub — and its liquidity — is captured by the attacking team. If the attacker loses, some of the attacker's liquidity is captured by the successfully defending team
🛡️ Defend
Reinforce your own Hub to defend against incoming attacks.
Each Hub has a Base Defence, so even if a team doesn't reinforce any of their Hubs, each of them will always have some defence power. Deploying to defence is a way to boost your defence power for that specific Hub
Defense is just as important as offense; losing a Hub means losing part of your liquidity pool, while winning one gives you a part of the attacker's liquidity pool.
⏳ Timing Matters
Deploying earlier in the epoch gives you more power per token.
Late deployments are weaker, but can still swing outcomes strategically.
